Call review
Coach on what was actually said.
Quality monitoring without listening back to calls for hours. Upload a recording or let the notetaker join in Teams, Meet or Zoom. PitchMaster transcribes the conversation, assesses it against your team’s criteria and shows where it can be better, with the quote alongside. Managers see per team member where they stand and what the next focus point is.
01What you get
From one conversation to hundreds.
- Every conversation, a report
A score, per criterion what went well and what can be better, key moments with the quote and a “Say it like this”, and a summary with action points. Recordings up to 180 minutes in Dutch, English, French, German and Spanish.
- Your criteria, not ours
Each conversation type gets its own assessment model with 4 to 15 criteria and a threshold. PitchMaster proposes it, the manager approves.
- From conversation to practice
“Practise this conversation” creates a practice bot that replays the same customer, anonymised, with extra resistance on the weakest point.
- Hundreds of conversations at once
Up to 1,500 recordings in one report on objections that were poorly handled and criteria that fall behind, where your organisation has it switched on.
02Getting calls in
Two ways to bring in calls
- Upload
For phone calls your phone system already records (mp3, wav, m4a and more, up to 200 MB each). Also many at once: up to 10 per upload, and up to 1,500 in a large batch where your organisation has it switched on.
- Notetaker
Joins in Teams, Meet or Zoom, linked to your calendar.
The report follows once the call has ended.
03How it works
From recording to coaching in three steps.
Upload a recording or add the notetaker
Upload a recording (mp3, wav, m4a and more, up to 200 MB), or let the notetaker join in Teams, Meet or Zoom, also via Google Calendar or Microsoft 365.
Transcript and assessment
PitchMaster writes out the conversation, masks names, numbers and addresses, and assesses it against your team’s criteria.
Report and coaching
The team member gets a report and a focus point. The manager gets a team overview and coaching moments.
04For managers
What managers get.
- A team dashboard per period and conversation type, with a watch list
- Per team member: scores, focus point and coaching moments
- A weekly email
05Data and privacy

06FAQ
Questions about Call review
Is Call review meant for quality monitoring?
Yes. Listening back to calls takes hours, so teams often review only a share of them. With Call review every uploaded call gets a report against your own criteria: quality monitoring without hours of listening back to calls.
Does it connect to our dialler or phone system?
Not automatically yet. If your phone system records calls, you upload those files. The notetaker can record video calls in Teams, Meet or Zoom.
Can we use our own assessment criteria?
Yes. Each conversation type gets its own assessment model with 4 to 15 criteria and a threshold. PitchMaster proposes it, the manager approves.
Where do the recordings and conversations end up?
Transcription and assessment happen in the EU. Names, numbers, IBANs, email addresses and addresses are removed from the transcript. By default the recording is deleted after transcription, and listening back is only possible if your organisation turns it on, for 30 days at most. The transcript and the analysis are gone after 30 days.
Does it measure emotions?
No. PitchMaster assesses what is said, not how someone sounds.
How many conversations can be assessed?
You upload up to 10 calls at a time, and every call gets its own report. If you want an overview across many calls, for example which objections are most often handled poorly, you can combine up to 1,500 calls in one analysis. That is switched on or off per organisation.
How does Call review relate to AI Coach?
With “Practise this conversation” a real conversation becomes a practice bot in AI Coach: it replays the same customer, anonymised, with extra resistance on the weakest point.
Which languages does it work in?
Dutch, English, French, German and Spanish.
